The City of Yellowknife (the City) is seeking proposals from professional organizations with comprehensive experience in the development of transportation master plans (TMP) for municipal application.  The City has had several transportation related plans completed over the years for various initiatives.  The intent of this TMP is to amalgamate existing plans and work completed, with new concepts and standards to make the City’s transportation network more welcoming, safe and inclusive for all modes of transportation and active transportation and for all residents.
