The City of Yellowknife is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the services of a qualified Consulting Firm (Proponent) to assist in the completion of an Organizational Review. The review will include a comprehensive review of the City’s strategic direction and business/operational model, corporate, departmental and staff responsibilities and workload. The review requires the identification of options and development of recommendations that will strengthen the City’s capacity to respond to a variety of future financial and program scenarios, ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting current and anticipated (5-10 year) service delivery requirements and provide for implementation of strategic priorities. The City aims to ensure that the system structure remains current and able to meet increasing expectations, workload pressures, staffing challenges, changing priorities, territorial legislation, and program changes. |
