The City of Yellowknife (the City) invites proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a Fire Response Plan (FRP) for the City’s Solid Waste Facility (SWF). The intent of this RFP is to obtain professional services to assess fire risks and develop a clear, practical, and implementable response plan for landfill and associated operations.
