The City Of Yellowknife is looking to replace the existing Gate House at the Yellowknife Solid Waste Facility. Work of this Contract comprises general construction of the Weigh Scale Gate House. The Scope of Work includes the construction of a new prefabricated single-storey wood-framed gate house in accordance with the tender documents, to be delivered to Yellowknife, NT, and installed onsite. The City of Yellowknife will entertain options in terms of modular build techniques that will reduce the time needed to erect the building on site. Such techniques may include modular or prefabricated parts shipped to site, and assembled and installed on the foundation onsite.
