Description: 

The City of Yellowknife proposes to install an Adiabatic Fluid Cooler on the existing BAP-150A Artificial Ice Plant at the Multiplex Facility in place of the current evaporative cooler. The current remote evaporative condenser has reached it life span and adding the Adiabatic Fluid cooler removes any chance of ammonia leaks due to the aging heat exchanger coil.
