The City of Yellowknife seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified organization for the purpose of providing a Homelessness Employment Program to persons experiencing homelessness.  The City of Yellowknife is seeking services which will offer structured employment for participants ready to take the first steps back into the work force.  More specifically, the Program will provide participant’s productive choices to develop employment skills, the opportunity to build confidence, gain a sense of purpose and contribute to the community’s wellbeing.
