The City of Yellowknife is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for the design of the next landfill cell (Cell C), and for the creation of a landfill Design, Operations and Closure Plan (DOCP). The DOCP must adhere to all requirements set out in the Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Board license MV2009L3-0007 and include a detailed Leachate Management Plan, a Site Development Plan and a corresponding Landfill Financial Liability Plan. |
